Technology

Capped co-extrusion, engineered layer by layer.

Neoline profiles are not painted or laminated. The protective cap is extruded simultaneously with the core, fusing into a single body that cannot delaminate, peel or require refinishing.

01

Polymer cap

A co-extruded outer shell bonded to the core on all four sides. It carries the colour and grain, and blocks moisture, UV and staining.

02

Composite core

Recycled wood flour and reclaimed polymer, compounded and extruded under pressure for dimensional stability across temperature swings.

03

Structural geometry

Ribbed and hollow profiles tune stiffness against weight, so spans stay rigid while boards remain manageable on site.

04

Fastening system

Hidden clips and interlocking edges remove face-screws, allowing controlled expansion and a continuous, uninterrupted surface.

Testing

Verified before it is specified.

Freeze–thaw cycling

Dimensional change measured across repeated cycles.

Accelerated UV

Colour hold verified against extended xenon-arc exposure.

Slip resistance

Wet and dry traction tested on embossed deck surfaces.

Flexural load

Span tables derived from tested deflection limits.

Moisture uptake

Capped surfaces measured for water absorption over time.

Scratch & stain

Surface tested against common household and site agents.
