Materials & care

Lasting beauty starts inside the board.

Dark Walnut fluted siding on a contemporary home — architectural visualization

When choosing siding, appearance is only part of the story. The materials beneath the surface also shape how a product fits into everyday life. NeoLine wood composite siding brings together a durable core, a protective outer cap and a refined brushed finish for contemporary style with minimal upkeep.

A strong core with recycled materials

The core combines 65% recycled wood fibres, 30% recycled high-density plastic and 5% adhesive. Using recycled wood and plastic helps reduce waste and demand for virgin resources. This combination gives the board its underlying structure, while the finished profile creates either the clean lines of panel siding or the dimension of fluted siding.

Protection bonded to the surface

Co-extrusion bonds a protective Surlyn™ resin cap to each board. The cap enhances resistance to UV exposure, water, stains and scratches, supporting the finish through everyday exposure. The brushed texture adds a contemporary surface character that you can appreciate at close range, while the colour and profile shape the appearance of the wider façade.

Less upkeep, more enjoyment

NeoLine siding does not require regular painting or staining. Periodic cleaning helps keep the exterior looking its best; use the product care guide for approved methods. When comparing finishes, look at a physical sample and consider both the colour and texture. Lasting beauty comes from bringing the material, design and care together, so your exterior feels considered from the inside out.
